Administering compliance programs can be costly in terms of time, rework, and effectiveness. RiskWaves has incorporated some unique features to reduce time, rework, effort and costs while improving effectiveness.

In RiskWaves, recurring and one-time compliance programs can be established as detailed projects in the RiskWaves Projects module with embedded dependencies and accountabilities. This module allows you to track expected and actual progress and costs for each task and group tasks into Sub-steps for the overall Project. Reports highlight delays and cost overages in summary and by project. This is what you would expect though. What makes RiskWaves unique in this regard?

In RiskWaves, when compliance activities reoccur, the project plan you created for the previous cycle can be recycled. It's that easy. You just duplicate the project and supply the new project start date. All the steps, tasks, owners, budgeted costs, timelines and dependencies are then recast as a brand new project.

Another unique aspect of RiskWaves compliance support is the ability to integrate projects with the core risk management process. At any level in your project, you can automatically generate an associated risk record with one click. RiskWaves tracks your risk like any other risk and includes cross-references between the project step or task and the risk record.

The level of functionality in RiskWaves is designed to reduce the burden of administering risk and compliance, and refocus your efforts on management and communication, saving you time and money, and increasing the effectiveness of your ERM program.
